MAJORITY OPINION Appellant asserts three points of error. In point of error one, appellant contends the trial court erred in granting Glover Anderson's motion for summary judgment because Glover Anderson failed to establish as a matter of law that appellant is not entitled to attorney's fees under the referral contracts. In point of error two, appellant asserts that the trial court erred in awarding Glover Anderson attorney's fees because it did not present summary judgment proof to support that award. Lastly, appellant contends that the trial court erred in dismissing its counterclaim for expenses incurred by appellant under the referral contracts. We reverse and remand.
